1. This watch is super easy to setup and use. I what else could you ask for. It works without a strap and counts how many calories you burn. Can say nothing bad about this product!

2. I am a long distance runner. I frequently will run distances greater than 10 miles. To accurately calculate the calories I expend, I take my heart rate every 10 minutes, this is easier when I slow down for a moment.

3. I just bought this watch and so far I love it. Even though it doesnt look good with my work clothes i still wear it so i can keep track of what i eat during the day. Its a great help in keeping me accountable for what i do away from home.
